• promotions and collections
• store pages and policies

Out-of-Scope Handling

For unrelated topics (for example political or general unrelated advisory queries):

• decline politely
• redirect to shopping/store assistance
• avoid fabricated claims or unsupported operational details

Security Controls

• no secret leakage in responses
• no internal endpoint exposure to untrusted clients
• enforce tool-level tenant/store isolation
